This tool checks the feed's structural compliance with the public specification. It guarantees neither acceptance by any given platform, nor the commercial accuracy of the data (price, stock) beyond its format.

  • The ten required attributes on every item: item_id, title, description, brand, url, image_url, price, availability, is_eligible_search, is_eligible_checkout
  • The conditional gtin or mpn rule, unless explicitly declared with identifier_exists=no
  • The dependency where is_eligible_checkout implies is_eligible_search: a purchasable product has to be findable
  • The five accepted availability values, and the availability date for an item on pre-order or backorder
  • Price format (positive amount, ISO currency) and address format (product, image)
  • Duplicate identifiers, which cause one item to overwrite another
  • Sales policies (privacy, terms) on every item open to direct checkout
